Our maritime vineyard produces this fruit forward medium bodied wine with elegant strength and firm tannins suitable for short term ageing.
Medium-bodied with mouth filling and generous red and blue fruit on the mid palate. Smells of cherries, blueberries and blackberry jam with a whaft of white pepper. The integrated complex flavours are rich and lingering.
This 2018 Monterra Fleurieu Shiraz can be enjoyed now or optimised with short term cellaring of up to 5 years.
